Trap Care

Scheduled trap cleaning service that conforms with all local regulations (e.g. frequency, complete evacuation, etc.). Starting with your initial Trap Care account set-up, we will learn and tailor your services to your specific needs and desires. We pay close attention to trap size, your hours of operation (when you want us there), your customer volume (provides an indication as to the length of service time), trap location (what is the optimum piece of equipment to service your account, often a function of access issues) and what municipality are you in (mandated service frequency).

Once we have the proper information in hand, the Trap Care service at your location(s) commences. You should expect to see a clean, well-marked truck driven by a uniformed, trained technician. We will announce our arrival prior to beginning our work. The Trap Care service includes total evacuation of all material in the trap, a thorough steam-cleaning followed by a final vacuum clean-up to remove any residual material.

You will receive a manifest copy at the time of service with another copy to follow via U.S. mail, certifying that your waste has been delivered to a Permitted disposal facility. Only at this point is the customer removed from the chain of custody. It is critical that you know your service provider and their adherence to regulatory compliance.

Trap & Line Care

Identical to Trap Care in every respect, Trap & Line Care provides the additional benefit of hydro-jet line maintenance to your service package.

Having a clean trap is excellent insurance to avoid line stoppages. However, over time and even with regular trap maintenance, food debris, inorganics (straws, scrub pads, rags, etc.) and soluble grease begin to build up in sewer lines. Customers wanting to avoid drain back-ups during a heavy dinner rush come to appreciate the effectiveness of scheduled line maintenance. Trap Max

A state of the art approach to improved plumbing performance can be achieved with the inclusion of Trap Max in conjunction with your Trap Care program.

Using proprietary, non-pathogenic enzymes, Trap Max offers a treatment program designed to improve the overall performance of your plumbing system. Combined with Trap Care, Trap Max can efficiently reduce grease build-up in plumbing lines, reduce odors and can offer the option of reduced trap cleaning in municipalities where mandated trap cleaning frequencies do not exist.

The service involves a monthly visit to your location(s). The grease cap and organic solids are measured to document trap performance. Utilizing a peristaltic pump, treatments are dispensed daily through the plumbing system and into the trap. A visual inspection of the kitchen plumbing system is performed prior to service completion. A written report is provided at the conclusion of each monthly service visit.
