| Disposal Facilities : Wastewater, Composting and Disposal Management
Possessing close to 20% of the available and operating Type-V disposal facilities in Texas, Southwaste can process a variety of liquid wastes. From grease to grit, food waste to sludge and septic to lint, Southwaste has a permitted disposal solution to meet your liquid waste need.
It’s important to know who you’re doing business with. Unlike Southwaste, most waste transporters do not possess their own disposal facilities. Because Southwaste can both collect and process your material, you can rest easy that one company is handling your material from “cradle to grave”.
But why is this important?
Most waste generators are unaware that “chain of custody” remains with the generator (restaurants, hotels, car washes, etc.) until their material is off-loaded into a permitted facility. In other words, until it reaches disposal, even when it is on the vacuum truck, you still own it. As such, anything from an accidental spill to illegal disposal (dumping) remains your burden. Every generator should want piece of mind that they are doing business with a reputable operator who takes great pains to properly handle their material. At Southwaste, we treat this responsibility as our highest priority.

Southwaste Houston (Hurst)
Our largest facility in Texas (by permitted volume), the Hurst facility can accommodate grease, grit and domestic septage. The Hurst facility is conveniently located on the near-west side of downtown Houston inside Loop 610. The facility can accommodate bobtail and transport loads. |

Southwaste DFW
This re-designed facility is permitted to accommodate grease, grit, domestics septage and municipal sludge. Located in Mansfield, Texas, our DFW facility is conveniently located mid-way between Dallas and Fort Worth. The facility can accommodate bobtail and transport loads. |

Southwaste Lubbock
Permitted to accommodate grease and grit, our Lubbock facility is conveniently located in central Lubbock and can accommodate both bobtail and transport loads. |

Southwaste San Antonio
Our only Type-V Composting facility and one of only 3 such facilities currently permitted and operating in Texas, our San Antonio facility can accept grease, municipal sludge, domestic septage, food waste and animal carcass’. The facility can accommodate bobtail and transport loads. |

Southwaste Central Florida Disposal Interest (Groveland)
Our Central Florida Disposal, LLC is permitted to accept grease and domestic septage, municipal sludge and portable toilet waste. This newly acquired and updated facility is located approximately 25 miles west of Orlando, just off of Highway 50. Both bobtail and transport trucks can be accommodated at this facility. |
